How my sessions work
However we meet, sessions last 50 minutes and usually take place weekly, at a regular time that works for you. We always begin with a free 20-minute call, so you can ask questions and get a feel for working with me before committing to anything.
Online, across the UK
Online sessions take place over a secure, encrypted video link, so you can access counselling from anywhere in the UK - helpful if you’re busy, live rurally, travel often, or simply feel more at ease in your own space. All you need is a private spot and a reliable connection. Many people find it every bit as personal and effective as meeting in person.
My counselling room is a quiet, comfortable and private space in Yeovil. Meeting face to face suits people who value being in the same room, and it allows for creative and experiential work that many people find helpful. You’ll find the address and directions below:
In person, in Yeovil
The White House, 114 Hendford Hill, Yeovil, BA20 2RF
Parking: Free on-site parking available.
Accessibility: The counselling room is on the first floor, up a flight of stairs. If stairs are difficult for you, please let me know - we can easily arrange online or telephone sessions instead.
Public Transport: Closest bus stop - Windermere Close, Yeovil. Closest train stations - Yeovil Pen Mill & Yeovil Junction Station.
When you arrive, just give me a call or text and I'll come down to meet you at the front door - no need to wait alone or wonder where to go. If you can’t travel, remember we can also meet online.
